HELLO AND WELCOME.
If you are reading this for the very first time then welcome to our Cowart's Skool at Purplecoo. If you are reading this to see if I (WW) has updated it in the last few weeks - well I have.
For our brief and possibly interesting History – for those of you that don't know it – please go to the About page . . .
Meanwhile Cor and Berlimey – this is it OUR NEW SITE and EVERYTHING - although it is now over two years old. To be part of this site – you will need to register – click on the word Register at the top of the page and follow the links . . . . you will be 'interviewed' to make sure that we are right for you and you are right for us.
We have a Common Room to put up posts for each other, plus we have a Forum area for chat, help and debates, including our Private Forum which can only be seen by logged in Purplecoo members. And of course we have a private online instant Chat - which again you have to be a logged in member to view and take part in. Please note that for privacy reasons new members will not be given access to the Private Forum until they have served a probationary period.
If you get stuck on how to navigate and work the site when you first join we have an Idiots Guide to the site – written by an idiot – Me – Proud! Go to Forum - Welcome - The Guide to Purplecoo and Everything. Or check out the 'site stuff' area in the forums as you may well find threads on the same issue you are having and also Support – plus there are a number of us around who can answer question in the Forum straight away . . . or you can post your problem in the Common Room.
So here goes with the Thank you bit - which although over two years old is still valid.
Firstly a hugest biggest Purplest BIG thank you to The Almighty Admin in the form of HOT CHOCOLATE MEDIA. What can we say . . . pretty amazing job AA . . . but the most amazing thing of all is that HOT CHOCOLATE MEDIA have built our site for us for NOTHING. In real life our new home would have cost quite a big pile of pennies – but we have got it for nothing. A mere thank you – no matter how big you type it, or how much you colour it will never be enough. Oh Almighty Admin – I hope our wonderful site brings large numbers of clients to your door . . . . so no lines, or naughty corner for you for . . .well for quite a long time. Plus and here is the even more amazing bit our wonderful AA is a young Uni student.
Next I would like to say thank you to the team of testers who have put a great deal of time and effort and constructive criticism into getting our new Skool ready for everyone.
I would like to say a personal thank you to Happy Snaper (one s) for starting up our very first Purplecoo web site and for being so supportive through out . . . despite the fact that sometimes I think he wonders if he still has a wife!
I would also like to thank our very own Lixtroll, for all her help and support when we first started the site on Blogger and then when we moved onto our new site.
We have a wonderful team - all of whom are listed in the Forum under Support and Help - Meet the Team. . . a big thank you to them for all their ongoing work in keeping the site going.
