If I come on site via internet explorer I can log in without any problem but if I use Firefox I get a message that either my user name or password is wrong and can't log in.
Does anyone else have this problem or is it something to do with how my system is set up? |

HI, I use firefox all the time. Maybe some of the settings are different to what you have in IE. Cookies are always worth a look.
Tools....Options.....Privacy
Accept Cookies from sites
Accept 3rd Party cookies
Keep until they expire
Show Cookies........ try deleting the Purplecoo cookie (and any others that you dont need)
OK
try that and see if that makes a differnce
