Cowart's Common Room
Life is indeed short

Uploaded Image

Following on from Milkmaid's post about her deceased neighbour I heard from Wildchild last night that someone she and Robot Boy went to school with and who was at the same Uni as Wildchild and who had recently disappeared and has now been found dead. The funeral is on Saturday. The young man was also the stepson of our local vets.

My thoughts go out to the family - this is every parent's nightmare.

So let's treasure all the good moments, learn from all the not so good moments and look after each other and remember what is important . . .life could well be even shorter than you think

Faith's Avatar It's terribly sad when such young people die. Several in my eldest daughter's class now dead, and one in my youngest. All young people under 30.

Withy Brook's Avatar So sorry WW. Yes we keep on being reminded about making the most of today but we keep forgetting don't we? Or I do anyway.

Cait's Avatar Oh it is so sad when someone young is taken from their family.
I too have come across several similar passings in the last few years and it always breaks my heart.
