Cowart's Common Room
Afternoon All

Afternoon All,

Hope you are enjoying the lovely weather we have been fortunate to have lately, Today here it is 14 degree's with lots of sunny intervals and a moderate breeze. Woke this morning to learn that my asthma not so good today it has been much better these last few weeks now due to a new stronger inhaler. Just checked the pollen count online and see it is a high Pollen here today with a Medium Pollution, ah... that explains it then.

Patch not so good at the moment with his poorly ear, I think it will be an ongoing problem poor boy. He has had an injection last week for it, is on new diet food, is having daily Periton antihistimine tabs daily but still he suffers. All due I am told he is allergic to all plants trees and grasses here and we have so much vegetation here where we live of it what is one to do.!Sad

Enjoy the rest of your day playmates.Very HappyLinked Image

Fennie's Avatar You find most interesting photographs, Camilla. I keep thinking they are Winterton but they are not, if only because I cannot see hollyhocks and I know you have hollyhocks, they cannot be hidden. But you have my four tubes of paint and therefore you could paint van Gogh's yellow house.Very Happy

Can you not close your room at night against pollen and use one of these humidifiers with a pollen filter. Little Beanie, who also suffers from asthma, has one. They take all the pollen out of the air.

But poor Patch. In the early days his normal food wasn't giving him a sore ear. Whatever the problem is I cannot see that it is food related. But then I am not a vet. ED also has a dog with a sore ear. SadShocked

Fairy Nuff's Avatar Allergy to grass pollen seems to be quite common in little dogs, I've come across several with the similar problems in paws and ears.

We had a pollen bomb up here at the weekend, the blackthorn certainly all seemed to blossom overnight along with heavens knows what else. We're also getting dust from the Sahara just now Camilla I doubt that would do your asthma much good.
