Re:
Fennie's Avatar Thank you, Lampie,

There are a couple of new William Boyd books out.

Michael Palin's book on the Erebus.

Something by Rupert Sheldrake on the fantastic capabilities of animals.

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nightime is a wonderful story if you haven't read it - a bit Eleanor Oliphant if you enjoyed that, but set in Milton Keynes.

If I think of more I'll flag them up. Very HappyVery Happy

Re:
Faith's Avatar I presume The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society by Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Burrows has already been read or in the suggestions before? If not, add it in.

Re:
Lampworkbeader's Avatar It was one of our first second choices Faith way back in August 2008, which seems like years ago now. If I remember rightly we all loved it and quite a few fell in love with the pig farmer
