Cowart's Common Room
Lark Post

Good Morning Larks,

The weather here was so disagreeably hot yesterday which attacked ze old sinuses that left this wee owl worse for wear. Today thankfully there is a lot more breeze and it is the weekend, what will everyone be up to this weekend I wonder, whatever your plans have a good one.Very Happy

For our dear Fennie who I hope is not suffering too much with that horrid tummy ache he returned with from his trip to The Good Life county, more purple healing vibes for you Fennie, hope you feel better soon.

Camilla's Avatar Still no access with my PC for days now I fear I may need a new tower which will mean transferring all my files and pics onto a disc for the new one. Old PC says my browser is out of date, yep me too.Very Happy

Re:
Fennie's Avatar The weather here was disagreeably wet and cold and we had to put the heating on. I slept for a good bit of it, the tummy trouble continuing, but this morning I seem a little better though still with no appetite. I haven't eaten what might be called 'a proper meal' since Wednesday evening. But I sense I am mending so with a bit more rest all will soon be well and thoughts of weight loss help.

Luckily we aren't too busy for everything has gone to pot. We were supposed to be having friends to Sunday lunch but I have put them off - the party will move to one of the friends houses instead.

Watched Oklahoma at the Proms last night on BBC4. Wonderful performance - music, dance, singing, acting - all most excellent. Do watch it on catch up. But the tunes are catchy and so difficult to get out of your head afterwards. But I think FN would have been mightily impressed by the choreography.

Anyway have a good and perhaps even a special day. Very HappyVery Happy

Camilla's Avatar Hi Fennie, sorry to hear you are still having problems with the tummy but pleased to hear you are at least feeling a little better. I think a good idea to cancel the planned meal on Sunday with friends as you have, just look after yourself for now and get thee better that's the main thing.

Wonderful musical Oklahoma saw this many years ago, great songs and cherography.

More healing purply vibes for you dear Fennie.

Hope the tum settles down soon Fennie... or off to the Doc with you on Monday!

Re:
Fairy Nuff's Avatar I will be working as normal Camilla, HO however will be going to "Pirate Day" and the Scottish Dolphin Centre, suitably attired... well he has a rather nice pirate hat complete with small dolphin instead of parrot and an eye patch with a whale tale instead of skull and cross bones.
