Fennie's Avatar When we had a working satellite dish we used to enjoy having two New Years One on European time and one on ours. Another New Year I remember falling into conversation with a homesick Russian who drank mightily until 9 o'clock when he announced that as it was Midnight in Moscow he would retire to bed. Which he then proceeded to do. Nasdrovia!

Westerwitch's Avatar Berlimey - why this year and not any other year - or do 'they' do it every year and our years are getting longer by the second.

Frances's Avatar Being well adjusted ... is great, particulary when someone else, a scientist even, takes care of it for you.

Happy New Year! xo
