Cowart's Common Room
Tonight's Candle Lighting

Today is a special day when we join together as the wonderful community that we have become to support Sam through a very difficult time.

Tonight on Monday 15th December at 7.00 to 7.30 pm Irish Eyes will lead us in the Lighting of our Candles for Sam as she says goodbye to her beloved Richard and celebrates his life. Irish Eyes has to get home from work and then prepare and put up the post so please be patient if the Candle Lighting post isn't up at 7.00pm exactly.

New Zealand is 13 hours ahead of us - so we will be lighting our candles on what will be the morning of a very difficult day for Sam. The funeral is at 10.30 am in New Zealand on Tuesday 16th December which will be 9.30pm here in the UK on the 15th December I hope that many of us can stay on line and be with Sam in Spirit throughout the funeral - I know she will draw strength from that.

Jane will post the Eulogy that Sam has written for Richard at some point during this evening.

Tonight will be an emotional night for all us and a time to not only come together to support Sam, but also a time to come together as a community to support each other and remember and celebrate the lives of those that we have loved and lost.

I thank each and everyone of you for making Purpelcoo the special place that it is today.

Love and hugs to you all.
