Preseli Mags's Avatar Yes please, if I may... yum. My first mince pie of the festive season. I'm supposed to be doing card wrapping and present writing too... Shocked ... perhaps a nice cup of coffee, a mince pie, a lemsip and some coopol first. Wink

They look delicious - only wish I liked mince pies.....
Would love to stay but got to take youngest to the doc. Tonsilitis I'd hazard a guess, but not a well chap. Probably too much snogging with the very beautiful girlfriend Rolling Eyes

Withy Brook's Avatar Have those gannets left any? I would like one (or even 2) please with a little bit of brandy in! And milk and sugar in my coffee if you would be so kind Elizabeth. It will give me the strength to return to the present wrapping. Finished my cards yesterday.

Patsy's Avatar OH perlease, too much information @TM! Has youngest son had any sympathy from his father or not??!!
We're all Mr. Green with envy at all that tonsil tennis! Sigh..those were the days..
What with tonsilitis and the possibility of going deaf (as reported recently) with over exuberant snogging, we'd better put the mistletoe away Sad Sad
I'll just have to bring my own mince main indulgence at this time of year!
What's everyone else's diet busting treat?

Westerwitch's Avatar Gawd I am getting names muddled up again - I am turning into my MIL - gimme another mince pie and a very strong coffee please.

Berlimey @themill - I have got that right haven't I - it is you with the tonsilly son - tonsil tennis indeed - so does he take after his parents then and is smoking ALL you are doing behind the bike sheds - it is you behind the bike sheds isn't it . . . sigh . . .

Ooooo one of my favourites this time of year is the little mince pies with thick white icing on them - very very sickly and of course you can't have just one.
