Cowart's Common Room
Eeeeeeek

I feel ghastly too - but mine is totally self inflicted Rolling Eyes

Yesterday HS cooked me a lovely meal of steak with his own pepper sauce for my birthday - yum. Plus we planned to watch X-Factor on the TV. Then Lixtroll and Humpty - our next door neighbours turned up with wine and a present . . . it was sooooo lovely to see them - we have all been so busy and life has got in the way . . . We ended up going round to Lixtroll's and Humpty's and watching X-factor through their projector on the wall - cool - Very Happy It has been a sad week, but we made a lot of noise, drank a lot of wine, ate a lot of food - talked about Gran and Bootsie and cheered on Alexandra to her well deserved win of X-factor . . . and then to round it all off we spontaneously watched It's a Wonderful Life . . . and of course we all sobbed at the end - yup the men as well.

Brilliant evening . . . and I am sure I will feel better soon. And hopefully so will Sassy who has a bad case of the runs Mr. Green

Hello WW - it's been a while since I've been around and I'm sorry for that. Just life. And just wanted to wish you a rather belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY. It sounds like you really deserved the lovely evening that you had. Sorry bout the hangover tho. Why is there always a downside to having fun???

Bit of a Srictly fan, so haven't been following X-factor for a while, but did see Alexandra and the way she sang Hallelujah was sublime. She so totally got it and was able to put all that expression and emotion into it with superb quality vocals.

Hope you are feeling better by now....
