Westerwitch's Avatar Deep breaths and a coffee - it may be an hour, or so before you can eat another one Rolling Eyes

Re:
Pipany's Avatar Can't even face coffee. How disgusting am I? No answers necessary by the way!

Re:
Westerwitch's Avatar Pip . . . arms folded foot tapping - you are NOT disgusting at all - what is disappointing is that instead of enjoying every mouthful of the walnut whips you are spoiling it by beating yourself up . . . stoppit at once - or we will have to make you eat chocolate all day until you can do it without feeling guilty.

Savvy . . . revs chainsaw . . .

Re:
Crystal Jigsaw's Avatar Do you eat the walnut too? I hate nuts Laughing And always give it to someone else like the farmer or my mother!

Re:
Exmoorjane's Avatar Noo, the nut is almost the best bit. I'm not mad on the plain ones but the coffee-flavoured ones are something else! Only two, Pip? Don't they come in three packs nowadays?Wink

Re:
Angel's Avatar Ditto WW

A little bit of what you fancy never hurt anyone. I don't like Walnut whips much so would struggle with one. But Creme Eggs...ahhh...I have been known to eat 3 in a row!!

Re:
Pipany's Avatar I did see the Creme Eggs but as I haven't spotted Walnut Whips for years I went for those...big style! Ah well, sickness easing now. I'm obviously out of practice! Love th4e coffee ones too Jane.

Re:
Milla's Avatar crunchies, mmmm. have just chomped through an impressive portion of a bar of cadbury's. bit slippery but had to be done. I'm now worried that my foot needs amputating as it's gone all fizzy feeling, like pins and needles but worse. I think it's called Work Evasion.

Re:
Pipany's Avatar Golly Milla, I thought you meant this was a side effect of over-indulging in chocolate. Bit worried now as I have severe Work Evasion which is a bit ridiculous as I have a load of stuff to do, but ah well, it is Friday - and neatly back to Crunchies!

Re:
Westerwitch's Avatar Crunchies ---- oooooooo love crunchies - very bad planning here - no chocolate in the house . . . will have to make do with wine and crisps - but it just isn't the same.

Re:
Frances's Avatar Well, here I am having big breakfast, and realize that I am missing an important component. Please tell me more about walnut whips. Are they candies? Do they involve a real walnut? I am more of a pecan person, and hope that there might be a pecan whip....

Re:
Milla's Avatar they are sort of conical chocolate things stuffed with noxious plasticy creamy stuff which is truly delicious, although boasting no food-type substance AT ALL, and with a walnut perched on top. I think in the olden days there might have been a walnut shoved in the inside bottom of the conical thing, too, but since it always tastes as if laced with poison, no bad thing to be down to one.

Re:
Camilla's Avatar Can see why you ate whips though Pips, I adore them, saying that I have not had one in ages, only last week I popped into local sweet shop and asked for some, er, we don't sell those, how odd.
