Purple Cow

I am off to Little Rock (yee haw) for Thanksgiving in a few days. Whilst there, we're taking the kids to their favourite restaurant ever - The Purple Cow. It's like an old 50s diner, and serves purple milk shakes. If I can, I'll take a picture.

2 large scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup grape juice
Blend all ingredients until smooth.

1/3 cup frozen grape juice concentrate, thawed

1 banana, peeled and sliced

1 cup milk

1/2 cup ice cubes



Directions



In a blender container combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
