Cowart's Common Room
Alan Titchmarsh

I have just been reminded by Camilla that I was tasked with letting Alan know about PC and all the people who read his book. Anyone who has had the circulating book, or is on the list to get it, could you post below so that I get an idea of numbers? Will put this in under book club too for those who miss this request here.

I have all Mr T's books, and he was kind enough to answer my little notes to him after I read all the others, so each of them has a personal note in, from him. Didn't do it this time... don't know why as I loved the book as much as the others.

Camilla's Avatar Thank you Withy, I see you posted this on 30th July 2008 originally re this book swop. At the time I was asked by those who had read it and that it had been posted around if I would sign it for them on their behalf(Cooer names) of which I will do gladly, as was not thought of at first to be signed by us, can't remember who came up with brilliant idea of signing.

I have just finished reading the Alan Titchmarsh book, a wonderful nostalgic account of his early days, a lovely man, wish I could get a photo signed of him Withy. I would be most grateful Withy if you could let me know of his website, not sure if he answers online? thanks Withy.

To the previous thread somewhere I did make a note of who was first in line to read book and who followed, so have jotted that done on my notes, I shall be passing it onto Bradan next.

We did think it was also a lovely gesture to maybe enclose 1 or 2 postcards inside book for Cooer who received it for them to keep showing which county they lived in.
