Cowart's Common Room
Ghostly Cat

Sat beavering away this morning listening to creaking floorboards and taps around the stairs when suddenly the noise shifted to the bathroom. And then the most horrendous stench drifted past my hooter leaving me pulling a face and wondering who on earth had come.

But hang on, the smell was vaguely familiar. I followed the whiff into the bathroom to find the cat on her way out having just left her mark in the bath.

Upon telling the farmer, he hadn't noticed the stink and pointed out that she was very sensible to do it in the bath! Not sure which I prefer; sheep stench or cat poo.

Re:
Ivy's Avatar I am a bit confused was it a cat from flesh and blood or the spirit of a cat?

Re:
Ugh. I thought cats were very tidy creatures who poo'd in private places and never let anyone know about it?

Crystal Jigsaw's Avatar Ivy, it was our very real and alive cat called Jessica! Uploaded Image

Jane - This is only the second time Jess has done the dirty deed so she must have been desperate. She's currently curled up on our bed!

Crystal Jigsaw's Avatar Sorry, Expatmum - for some reason I thought you were Exmoor Jane! And I haven't touched a drop miss.

Re:
Salle de Bain's Avatar Well, I was going to answer your post CJ, but am now sidetracked by Blossomcottage's animation...how on earth do you do clever things like that?

Anyway, back to the original message....was that photo taken before or after the foul deed, as that cat has a very smug look on it's face!!!

Exmoorjane's Avatar I don't get the animation ----Crying or Very sadCrying or Very sad
Now, funny thing, we once had a ghost cat poo. Seriously.
But, CJ, just yuk really- suppose it could be on the duvet so small mercies and all that....

Re:
TIGGYWINKLE's Avatar Unfortunate juxtaposition. I had just finished with cat's poo, which I can't stomach, to move on to the next post of some lovely recipes. In Ireland we have cow pats, horse s**t, dog poo, sheep and rabbit pellets, Hen and bird droppings, and always cat's malackey. I think it sums it up.
