Cowart's Common Room
This week's HOMEWORK

As previously mentioned (and warned!) this week's homework, as set by Arosebyanyothername, is a challenge!

You have to write a little piece, say a paragraph or two (or even a sentence or two) on any subject but you can only use ONE vowel. So if you choose to use A you can't use any other vowel e.g.

Amy and Alan's baby, Agatha, was always angry.

(More about this, and where Arose got the idea from under her post in the October archive called Beautiful Thinking)

Please wait until Headmistress puts this up in the Homework Forum and then you can post your homework there.

PLEASE do have a go!

Many thanks for all the homework ideas in the forum already - we will be choosing one a week.

Re:
Ivy's Avatar Does it have to make any sense? I mean I could think of a sentence but it doesn't mak any sense out of context.

Re:
Arosebyanyothername's Avatar It is preferable if it makes sense but it is not to be taken too seriously. We shan't (I hope) get detention if it's not up to scratch! The fun is in trying as with most things.
