Cowart's Common Room
Digital Outlook

Has anyone else been contacted by this company via their blog? I think that LBD might have been. She seems genuine and bits of her e-mail were certainly pertinent just to me, rather than boilerplate.

Re:
Exmoorjane's Avatar No. What's the story?

Re:
Milla's Avatar well they just want you to join a sounding board to test out "products" but of totally irrelevant (to me) nature - Mr Men etc., but they work with various interesting sounding companies, like Aardman so although I don't want to be sent a NOddy book (what's on offer) thanks, something better in the future might be sent. I just wondered how many of us they'd sent to, and thought I'd seen something on LBD's blog about it (in a comment from the same woman). I was sent a Miele through my blog and still have it months on ... Basically I'm bored and avoiding repairing shirts.

Re:
Exmoorjane's Avatar I too am bored and avoiding trying to drum up enthusiasm for finding more work....
Had forgotten your Miele - that's pretty impressive. But what on earth would they offer me? Pooper scoopers? Mind you, hang on a flipping minute, I've got a whole house renovation going on here ....where's their imagination?

Re:
SallysChateau's Avatar Well could do without the Noddy books but beauty products wouldn't go amiss or being more practical cleaning products, oooh and a car roadtested in the hot southern sun. Fancy being sent a Miele through your blog Milla.

Re:

Re:
LittleBrownDog's Avatar Oh, Milla - I don't think it was me. Or if it was, I've totally forgotten about it. Confused (Although I think I'd remember a Miele.) I know Fennie is one of those people that have a black box on their telly to monitor their viewing habits (at least I think it was Fennie). Wish I could help (or failing that, wish someone would send me some products to test...)

Re:
KittyB's Avatar Me! I contacted her and it's all above board as far as I can see and they have said they'll send books and Disney DVDs and so forth for comment, also literature from Department of Transport, Road Safety stuff etc. So some good stuff, some dull. But - freebies is the name of the game so I'm all for it. And I just love foisting my opinions on others, usually unwanted so it will be a refreshing change for someone to be actually interested, non?

Re:
Milla's Avatar yes Kitty, how wise you are, and it was that passing on of opinions that appealed so to me, too!
