Re:
Milla's Avatar Well no-one HAS to read it! Poor Lampie. I think it looks great, so will def be reading and commenting (uh, oh, prepare for essays) Didn't read the TSSuns as know that it will crop up in one of my other bookgroups and they'll all groan at me if I've already read it. The trouble, anyway, sometimes with lighthearted books is that all you can really say about them is "yeah, liked it" which doesn't lead to much discussion. I suppose it also depends on how fast you read. I read say 3 books a fortnight (at night), maybe more so will rattle through it and it won't really matter if it's not much cop as it won't have wasted time, but for slow readers or for those who can't give reading much time, it IS important to try to read something which is enjoyable. But heavy doesn't nec mean unenjoyable. And I don't think this looks "heavy". Plus it's been shortlisted for the Orange, so must have some merit. Phew, time to run littlest to school. Well done LWB.
