Cowart's Common Room
Search facility?

I was just trying to find if I'd made a posting on a particular topic or, harder, had put what I was thinking of as a comment on someone else's, and it occurred to me that a search facility on PC could be useful, you know like you find on many sites where there is the option to Google the site in question or the web at large?

Don't know if you are in a position to do it, WW, or if it would have to be AA, but is it worth looking into?

Re:
Milla's Avatar same here - I was searching for a topic which I thought was called poo (I do like to bring a little class to proceedings) from which Jane and I were going to write a book about dogs and their various nastiness (not, perhaps, one to be a big seller on purple coo ...) but couldn't find it in archives or anywhere so probably called something else.
What were you looking for Jacko? our collective memory might be useful.

Re:
Jackofall's Avatar Can you believe I've now forgotten? It was a photo of something and I came across it on my desktop and wondered if I'd posted it already as I didn't want to post it again if I had, no, not a photo, something else, but what I now can't remember....I was a 60's birth too and it's frightening how the braincells are disappearing, too much eau de vie, perhaps?

Re:
Westerwitch's Avatar I will ask AA - but he is very busy. I do think it is a good idea though. Not something I can add.

Re:
Milla's Avatar or not enough?? I find another little glass fuels the confidence something rotten. Possibly not the memory. Have no memory of any little photos of yours posted. But don't rely on that memory one tiny bit.
