Much as I love it, brown bread doesn't agree with me but I can eat oat bread. All the supermarkets have sliced bread made with oats. I imagine that would be wheat free but not gluten free though I am not too up on this.
Do you eat meat WW? I know gluten free sausages are very popular.

Westerwitch's Avatar I can't eat oats, or rye - same effect as wheat. Also have to be careful with sugar replacments as well.

I do eat meat - haven't found a source of gluten free sausages yet.

So many things have wheat in thought. I got IBS symptoms last night when I should have been fine - traced it to a packet of Walker's crisps.

Milkmaid's Avatar Much as I hate to admit this I bought a CL this month in it is an article on spelt which is supposed to be very good for gluten intolerance - sorry if you already knew this X

KittyB's Avatar Two Caravans was my book and I read it then sent it to Jane to cheer her up when she had so much 'stuff' going on - then when you had the to-do with the Ukranian tree-fellers (sigh, I know, no jokes) I suggested she send it to you when she was finished so you could learn the amusing Ukranian swear words. Ta-daaa!
It's very funny, had me in stitches.
