Pondside's Avatar Thanks UPL - I needed that. I got up this morning feeling sorry for myself as I look at a schedule packed with meetings and no time to actually be productive. I think I'll email that quote to the office and stick it above my computer screen!

Fennie's Avatar But what about all those people who enjoy being miserable? They are only happy if they are moaning and complaining and feeling victimised. I know I've often sought solace on this site to complain about the world. It's actually quite hard to be happy and positive and not to moan about anything. Someone somewhere devised a competition to see who could go the longest without some small negative comment on life around them even if it's only that the Christmas tree isn't straight or the tea has too much milk in it or the post is late. Most people can't last 20 minutes - try it and see.
