Purple Books - Winter Read

Having just added up the votes, and it was a very close thing, 'The People's Act of Love', by James Meek is the Purple Books Winter Read. An encouraging 21 people voted this time. My apologies if your choice didn't come up, if you would like your book voted on again for the Spring Read, please reming me nearer the time.
Is everyone happy to start comments on the book in mid February?
I see that Amazon has the chosen book at a reasonable 5.99

I will go tap a few keys and see if my quaint, but oh so powerful, library has this book and if so, I will reserve it.
If it is not in the stacks, I will request that the library buy it.
