Cowart's Common Room
UPL's site launch!

If he's done it right, and all things being fair and equal, you can now visit the (dare I say it?) finished website at www.unpeuloufoque.com.

In honour of the launch, you're all invited to a party in the Common Room (I hope Head won't mind); Toady, out with the still and start brewing, KittyB, get off your sick bed, Blossom, you're in charge of entertainment - 8 o'clock your time, bring a bottle. Unfortunately Jacko won't be there; someone has to prepare the biscuits for the big foreign orders and every night this week it's going to be him, until 9 o'clock your time anyway.

Please, while you look, let us know of any mistakes and problems, with links and photos not loading and suchlike; I'm too close to it to see everything wrong, if there's anything wrong, which I hope there's not. Jacko says that apparently it looks better in Firefox, whatever that is, than Internet Explorer, and I suppose he'd know, but I think it looks great anywhere.

Re:
Westerwitch's Avatar Well done and congratulations - sorry for posting seconds after you did - not trying to steal your thunder. We are just off to dinner with Lixtroll and Humpty - so we will all raise a glass to you . . .I shall check in on the party later . . . .You all know where the naughty corner is - may I suggest having the party there to save time - you will all end up in there anyway . . .sigh . . .

Re:
Crystal Jigsaw's Avatar I've just looked at your website and I think it's fantastic! You are a very clever bunny. I love all your designs. I couldn't get any information from the post and packing button.

Congratulations! Best wishes for future trading.

Re:
Pondside's Avatar WOW!!!!! What a gorgeous website UPL!!!! Congratulations!I've had a quick look and am about to go over for a nice long visit. You are a gifted artist. I'm looking at my stove and thinking that a panel would be just the thing......or maybe around the fireplace in the new addition....I'd better hurry and decide though, as you will be swamped once the public has seen this site.
I won't be able to attend the soiree tomorrow night - I'll be at work with my nose to the grindstone unless we're snowed in (and that's looking like a distinct possibility). If I can't be there at 8 I will be there the next morning with a hearty breakfast for all the revellers. Since it's an artistic celebration I'm sure you'll all be sipping champagne, dressed to the nines and behaving like sophisticated art lovers! In that case Piere and I will dispense with the pancakes and sausages and the menu will be smoked Pacific Coho salmon on croissants with cream cheese and fesh coffee - breakfast fit for the glitterati!

Re:
KittyB's Avatar Look, here's me dragged off the sick-sofa for the party. Do you know, I have that cockerel china too, and no tiles behind my range cooker. This could be the start of a beautiful friendship...Wink

Preseli Mags's Avatar Great website! I love your all of your designs - particularly the buttons - but I couldn't find out about p&p either, the link wasn't working.

Re:
Fennie's Avatar Yes its a great website and hope it brings lots of business - I'll mail it to a few friends. Am also tempted myself - could do with a new cooker back but oh dear the size of it! Would definitely need the services of fairy godmother for that one - though I'd love to watch Mde Grognonne with her gun as I was stirring the morning porridge. Have to have the absinthe of course and one legged Loic. Still I reckon you'd have 60 tiles to play with.

The post and packing link seemed not to be working. I got a 404 message (This in firefox)

Re:
Frances's Avatar Not so late here in NYC (just after 8) but I know that Jacko has been around here way after hours for quite a few evenings.

I am off to have a good lood at the new site. I know that it will be really swell with the creativity both in the tiles themselves, and in the computer arts working with them, and most of all ... with the free pursuit of beauty going on in your department of France.

I will write again after I have a peek.
