Cowart's Common Room
Weekend Lark

Morning Larks,

A very hot sultry night last night this morning 21 degrees here with a gentle breeze so a little cooler I am happy to say. We are not used to this extreme heat in the UK but perhaps in the future our old England's pleasant land will experience more hot weather to come.

Glad to say the four winged flying white ants have now disappeared today am sure the birds loved tucking into them too.

Our Fennie is on his hols in France perhaps he is relaxing under a sunny umbrella at the moment sipping a cool drink and reading a good book, look forward to seeing some pics on your return Fennie.

Have a good weekend everyone, stay cool.Very Happy

Fairy Nuff's Avatar It must have been flying ant day in your little part of Norfolk, hopefully you won't see any more of them. Funnily enough we were watching an old documentary on BBC Alba last night that was talking about flying ant day. Actually they were talking about how it just seems like they all come out on one day but it's really over about 4 weeks or so countrywide.

Fennie won't have time to relax, I'm sure they will have a full and varied itinerary to follow.Laughing
