Cowart's Common Room
I Can't Sleep Chat Post

Hello Owls and Larks,

Family arrived safely lovely afternoon spent with the little granddaughters son and DIL over at the Park here which I had only accidentally came across two weeks ago when I was doing a tour around the village here on private market stall day. The sun managed to shine and it got quite warm after a night and morning of heavy rain.

Sore eyes tonight I must get my eyes checked out I keep putting it off feels like I have some grit in the left eye at moment.

Patch boarded with Elaine yesterday morning until next Monday I must admit it's a lot quiter without him.Very Happy

Off to down pillows soon I could sleep for England!Very Happy

If you can't sleep and there are others on line then have a natter here.

Night Night, & Sweet Dreams

Re:
Fennie's Avatar Morning Camilla, morning everyone and what a bright morning this is although a moment ago when I fed the birds it was raining heavily out of an apparently blue sky. From my window her I see now white clouds and grey clouds. Yes, this is Friday and a most useful day for without Friday however would we get from Thursday to Saturday?

I think, dear Camilla, young as you are, the NHS will provide you with a free eye test - or is that only in Wales? - so you might have the grit removed for free - and fitted for spectacles in the latest Italian style. Make sure you have a lovely weekend and make sure that you do no more than your fair share of work.

In the time it has taken to write this the white clouds have disappeared along with the blue sky and it is raining heavily again. I look up again and the blue sky is creeping back and it has stopped raining. What is the day doing? Three weathers in a paragraph!

Calmer day without the Enchantlings. Theo has no interest in soft toys; he builds racing cars out of Lego. Beanie builds a den with every soft toy in the house (we have a lot). I was the same at her age, but I built models too. Have a good day. Very HappyVery Happy

Re:
Faith's Avatar Sounds like my two Fennie - but really I could never call them Enchantlings - more like Squabblings! (which is appropriate I suppose as baby pigeons are squabsLaughing)

Re:
Fairy Nuff's Avatar Grey and a bit on the chilly side here.
Not so many Enchantlings or Squabblings around either now our schools have gone back although we did have a visit from two demob happy newly retired teachers who celebrated not having to go back to school with a day out and lunch instead on the first day of term. Laughing

I loved Lego and my Fort and soldiers which also housed my car collection. Still not that keen on dolls unless they are rag dolls.
