Went to Skye for lunch again yesterday... as you do. Laughing
Had a pooter about Ord beach as we often do whilst on Skye and found a couple of more shells to add to my "small" shell collection.

Fairy Nuff's Avatar Yes they are babies Fennie, well they were when they were alive.
Next time you are at the beach look along the sandy/shell wash up line and take advantage of the Enchantlings good eyesight among the dry sand. Very Happy

Faith's Avatar How sweet. I love miniatures in all things. When I go to Herm Island I find even tinier weenier ones - just perfect.

Camilla's Avatar Love shells have you saved some cockle shells too FN used to collect these years ago at Wells Next The Sea here in Norfolk. MIL used to go cockling in the 50 and 60's there but it was one day when I saw here putting them all into boiling hot water and the poor things were screaming that made me sad. Love the taste of cockles just don't want to see them being cooked alive!
