I Can't Sleep Chat Post

Hello Owls and Larks,

Hope you had a lovely Boxing Day Sunday.Very Happy

Snuggled on the sofa with Patch yesterday evening to watch 'Bright Young Things' directed by Stephen Fry and fell asleep half way through.

Hot chocolate, off to take a tour of the site.

If you can't sleep and there are others on line then have a natter here.

Re:
Fennie's Avatar Ejder Daughter has a tree not unlike the one in the picture but more heavily decorated. She always does her trees well does ED and where she gets the skill from I don't know. Maybe she acquired an industrial size box of silver and white ornaments, but her tree looked as though it was covered in sparkling snow and ice. Austere too: no hangings of chocolate or fairies or teddy bears. No shape destroying tinsel either. Our little tree looks quite amateur by comparison: all mismatching ornaments and baubles and bedecked with tinsel like a 1920s flapper.

I watched the Agatha Christie. The tale was well told, if a trifle gory and over acted. What is this modern desire to make things 'edgy?' Do the producer feel that a pint of blood well spilt will keep the youngsters off their phones for another couple of minutes? Anyway it was watchable and I watched it.
Do hope you are enjoying the Christmas break. Very HappyVery Happy
