Re:
Pimsonthelawn's Avatar No, living near the Trafford Center the roads for miles around are grid locked, the only way is the opposite direction.

Re:
Fairy Nuff's Avatar We venture into the city centre about three times a year when we have no choice and avoid it like the plague the rest of the time Laughing
LOVE Joe Browns clothes Muddy, no one in Inverness keeps anything like that hence our rare trips into the city.

Re:
Lampworkbeader's Avatar I went to the sales to buy a winter coat, fully intending to snap up a bargain ... but I ended up spending far too much on a coat not in the sales. I have to go to a meeting very close to Oxford Street today, but I'll be keeping and tight hand on my purse, well away from any shops. Repeating to self, 'I must avoid temptation...'

Re:
Withy Brook's Avatar If the homework were to ask "what do you hate doing most?" my answer would be Shopping! Partly because nothing fits me. Partly because I hate crowds. Partly because I have never been into buying for next Christmas before all the left overs are eaten but mainly because I HATE shopping. No apologies for shouting!

Re:
Camilla's Avatar No not been shopping in the sales although I did have 20 voucher left on a online shop left over from Jan 2013, the voucher was originally 50 a present for me from my son, 30 was already spent on it originally and I had only a few more days up to Jan 18th 2014 to use the remaining 20. I used it recently for an angora jumper in the sale, a bargain.! Very Happy
