Poor Purplecoo is looking very lonely - we now have three back to back Owl Posts - is this the end?

Arosebyanyothername's Avatar No, I don't think so. It is the holiday period and folk are busy/away/etc. I will post a pic today.
I notice that others are online, read posts, sometimes comment but don't add posts. But we have had some interesting posts lately.

Westerwitch's Avatar We have indeed had some interesting posts lately.

I do hope you are right ie folks being busy . . . I know we go quiet every summer, but this is graveyard quiet. What we really need is some new members.

Withy Brook's Avatar True but the one or two that have arrived lately have not taken part.
I seldom seem to have anything to post but I visit regularly quite often comment. I think end of term/the holiday period is always difficult and we are working from a fairly small base. It would be nice if some of our friends who write a lot on Facebook were to write here to.
Just by chance, I do have a story to tell and have already told it - I am still phewing over those lovely firemen and they were ALL mine!!!

Fairy Nuff's Avatar I think it may just be the days of the week, when I have a Monday off then I'm not on the Coo from Sunday am to Tuesday am and don't have as much to catch up on as overnight on weekdays sometimes.
Actually it's just like the shop, Sunday and Monday are our quietest days of the week.

Fennie's Avatar Yes, I am very busy too at the moment! I will try to do better.

Lily's Avatar I do hope not. I think as has been said we're just a bit busy at the moment. Today is grand daughter day, then later in the week Nat Trust day, and so it goes on.

Incidentally what has happened to "our newest recruit" think it was Meryl someone?

Ivy's Avatar glad to hear you are all busy. So am I . Has someone heard from Tiggy lately?

KitKatCot's Avatar I agree with Withy, I'm sure a lot of our friends keep up on Facebook. I'm not on Facebook so it's just a guessSmile

CalicoKate's Avatar Sometimes I simply have nothing of any interest to report or say, as those who read my FB page will know! EmbarassedLaughing

Fairy Nuff's Avatar No Comment CKWink
For those who aren't on facebook (if those who are will excuse the suggestion) not much more happens there either. People post when there's something to post about but most also post the event on here too. Much of the other content is more networking to promote business or new work or idle chit chat when trying to avoid getting on with any actual work (you know who you are!!!)Very Happy
