We have LOADS of snow on the hills today and sleet where we are . . .plus it is pretty raw out there . . .

Can anyone remember was it mild last Autumn ahead of the big freeze? Certainly our local weather celebrity is forecasting bad weather (or good if like me you like snow) for the end of next week . . . and he is pretty accurate!!!!!

Better get the snow shoes PDQ for the car that is - I bought ice grips for my boots last year Very Happy

Re:
Ivy's Avatar Last year on Dec 3rd we had a post called Your snow struggle, so there must have been some snow early in December. I seem to remember some snow icing on the first of Advent

Re:
Camilla's Avatar Quite mild here in Norfolk WW, but some strong winds at the moment, think we had a mild November last year but we did have a very cold December with some snow.
