Cowart's Common Room
Happy to say

Tigger was released from hospital on Friday. The lung infection is under control, but he is very weak, needs to put on weight, and there is concern on the Neurological front. He is due to have another brain scan, and then the 3 Neurologists will compare notes and hopefully come up with a diagnosis. In the meantime I have started on a new regime, with a complete change of diet concentrating on brain nutrients, and will have to find the time to walk with him every day as soon as he is well enough. I have to encourage him to be more sociable, and bring him places to stimulate him. I am preparing a report on the herb I brought back from Australia to present to his team, as I feel it is worth a try, since he has been unable to tolerate any of the drugs he has been prescribed. Had such a hectic week with business and doctor meetings, along with getting Palominas house ready for sale, I haven't fully unpacked, or even thought about jet lag.

Tiggywinkle's Avatar Thank God I have great energy, and was able to have such a happy relaxing holiday. I have posted some photos in the private forum, including 2 for The Dukan GirlsEmbarassed My brother's situation is not good and very worrying, but will get to see him this week. I hope he doesn't have to have major surgery. I am so sad for Tigger, but will do everything in my power to try and stall any further deterioration. His consultant will think I'm nuts, but I don't give a hoot, as I am a great believer in Nutrution and natural cures, and at last there is a surge in new Brain Research which is very interesting. I have masses of work to do on EMarketing for the B&B which is so time consuming. I just wish technology would slow down a bit. Apparently by 2013 more people will be accessing the internet on I phones than on computers. Will have to limit my time on PC for the moment, but will be thinking of you all. xx

Hope Tigger and your brother make good progress.
Sending huge purpley hugs and vibes.
