Cowart's Common Room
Still Time to read The Glass room

Just a reminder that you've still time to read The Glass Room by Simon Mawer. It's our Purple Coo Book club 2010 Autumn Read. Comments are due to start 20th November 2010. This is a book not to miss. It should stir up a bit of controversy.
So don't miss out on the fun. Get reading ...

Inthemud's Avatar I have started it, bit of a slow reader( only get a few minutes at bedtime before I fall asleep) so may be late being able to comment, but will do so when I have finished.

Withy Brook's Avatar I have recently started it and hope to get it finished in time, if I am very lucky! I am somewhat intrigued and think I am going to enjoy it.

Ivy's Avatar Can't get it, seems to be, either hugely popular or undeliverable in Germany. First time it ever happened with my very reliable bookshop as well as with the online bookshop. Maybe the next book will be available again.

Frances's Avatar I've requested it from my library, and will have access when I get to the front of the queue. Looking forward to that opportunity.

Preseli Mags's Avatar I finished it on Saturday morning. I agree - don't miss this one. I can't wait to read everyone else's thoughts on it.
