Kirsty Allsopp is back on TV again tonight with a new series of Home Made Home, the format is a little different than last time so hope its still as good.

Pimsonthelawn's Avatar Sometimes they spend a fortune and other times they give stuff away on these shows, think its all for the cameras.
Does the farm near Whitchurch have any spare Fs

Toady's Avatar I quite like the programme but it's what I've been doing all my life. What I hate is the way she rushes through the crafts so it looks like they're all done in five minutes. It would take a professional a good few days to make that panel and cutting glass to fit takes a lot of practise and lots of breaking before you get it right. Still I quite enjoyed it.

Cait's Avatar I agree with Toady, it is all rush but I quite enjoyed it.

Pimsonthelawn's Avatar I preferred the first series - she revamped here holiday home in Devon. I know what you mean Toady, when they made the curtains and the crochet basket it went straight from first stage to finished item.

Camilla's Avatar Yes, watched this programme on channel 4 TV at 8pm last night, moi just about being able to sew on a button, thought that Kirsty made it look soo easy with sewing and crocheting, and glass making, surely not the case though. I thought it was all too rushed, but enjoyed it all the same.
