Cowart's Common Room
Ladies a makeover?

Cut and pasted from today's NFU newsletter;

"Gok does rural chic do you deserve a makeover?

Gok Wan and the team behind Channel 4s Goks Fashion Fix are on the lookout for groups of three to five rural women who deserve a makeover. If you think you and your friends fit the bill, email Gokmakeover@endemoluk.com "

Are there several cooers that live close together to give this a whirl?

Re:
Westerwitch's Avatar Eeeek no thanks, but thanks for alerting us. i am happy as I am and hate the idea of being bossed around by someone who thinks they know what is best for me and then go out wipe out me by dressing me in clothes that don't represent me. Gets off soap box and wanders off.

Re:
Faith's Avatar 'go out wipe out me'???

I have to agree though. There is no way on God's earth I would do something like that. Occasionally I like watching the show, but I've heard he's a diva and very difficult to work with!

Mollygolver's Avatar Must admit I do like his show! Perhaps all is not as it seems. Think I'll stick with Kitty B's Fashion & Beauty all the same!

Salle de Bain's Avatar Not much point for me...beyond the point of rescue as far as fashion goes methinksRolling Eyes

Mind you I am feeling rather pleased with myself at the moment. I have just bought a black flapper dress for Saturday's dance. It's lovely as all the rows of fringe hide the rolls of adipose...the perfect foilLaughing

Re:
Angel's Avatar Well I'd love it! But dont' have the confidence to go a show like this. And anyway, I'll be transformed myself in a couple of weeks time - certainly no-one will recognise me after my surgery Confused

I'm with Molly - I quite like his show and have been reduced to tears by some of the people's stories and how they've been transformed.

Re:
ChrisH's Avatar I'd love it apart from the nuddy-pants bit. My children would be mortified to see my barenakedness on the TV.
