Cowart's Common Room
Book events

Cooooeeee! I'm still very much up to my eyeballs with work but wanted to pop in to say a huge thank you for your continued support of 'Turning the Tide' which I very much appreciate

I also wanted to let you know, for anyone who may be in either area, that I have a couple of book events coming up. It's my first book signing this Saturday 2 October (can you hear my knees knocking?) at the Carmarthen branch of Waterstone's. I'll be there from 12-2pm.

Then on Thursday 21 October, I'm joining up with fellow Choc Lit authors, Sue Moorcroft, Christina Courtenay and Margaret James for a 'Girl's Night In' at Waterstone's Bury St Edmunds (Arc) from 7pm. Tickets for this are 2 but wine and chocolate are provided!

Needless to say I'll be very happy to see any friendly Purple Coo faces, so do come and say hello if you're passing. And thanks again.

Fennie's Avatar Hallo Chris - it's in my diary. I may just turn up like a bad penny, clutching my thumbed copy and demanding a signature and a sequel, if nothing intervenes.

Westerwitch's Avatar Hi Chris would love to but won't be able to . . . Hope you enjoy it once you are there I suspect the nerves will go and you will have a wonderful time.

Arosebyanyothername's Avatar Too far away, alas. Might make something nearer when we are back in the UK beginning of November.

Frances's Avatar Chris, I would love to be able to turn up at both of your readings. Those folks who live close enough to be able to attend will have a fine time.

Will you be well equipped with "Sharpie" pens. That seems to be the brand that I've seen over and over at Barnes & Nobles readings in my neighborhood.

Suffolkmum's Avatar Hey Chris as I think I mentioned I will be at the Bury one, it's my local, I'll be the person grinning away and going on and on about how much I enjoyed it! Looking forward to it!

ChrisH's Avatar Oh, I've never hear of a Sharpie, Frances! I'm obviously not a real writer! Thanks for your kind words, I'll miss you.

SM, will be SO lovely to see you there! I'm really looking forwards to meeting you. Thank you.
