Old Bird in Northumberland

I heard on the news today that an old bird in Northumberland has been identified by her rings as one of the all time greatest travellers. Over a million miles in 30 years.
How are those air miles stacking up @TM? Wink
Love, as always,

Crystal Jigsaw's Avatar Hi Patsy, yes, I've just been watching it on the news. Unfortunately, it didn't show very much! But what a lot of miles - it puts a whole new meaning to the phrase, "not a million miles away"!

Patsy's Avatar An arctic tern WW, ringed on the Farne Islands 30 years ago.
Though @TM has been assiduous in her search for gorgeous things for her shop, perhaps clocking up a million miles is a little over the top LaughingLaughing
