Cowart's Common Room
Picture of the day

New computer, restyled table and chair, and a new nook in the porch to work and catch the early morning sun. I am not very fond of cats, but love to see one curled up, so a friend bought me this faux one, who looks so real.

Re:
Preseli Mags's Avatar That looks a great place to be. I thought the cat was real! Presumably it doesn't shed or need a litter tray... Is that a packet of biscuits behind the pot - or is it a jar of Cadbury's hot choc? Is there a kettle and a mug hiding back there too?

PS: I've met Asbo and he's a real sweetie. One heck of a mighty bark for such a tiny dog though.

Dancing Dog's Avatar That little table you brought back to life is so clever with those side shelves. Do they fold up?

Re:
Tiggywinkle's Avatar My goodness, talk about observation. I used to have a cover for my milk which is delivered. It disappeared during the snow, and my milk bill keeps creeping up, because I have nowhere to leave the cheque out for the milkman. So this is an empty Hot Choc jar weighed with stones to pop the cheque under. New makeover idea coming on! I'll probably sprinkle talc on Mitzy to keep her clean. DD, you can slide the little shelves up and down. Never thought of a faux husband, Faith. What a good idea.
