Cowart's Common Room

A fine morning, thanks be to God, as they say here. I am re-passworded thanks to our wonderful H.M, but I have been a stranger to the computer lately because I have been chatting to builders - and there are some funny ones aboutShocked

It is a bright and sunny morning here on the hill, the magpies are busily arguing over who owns what area of grass, there is intense bird-flight too and fro across the front lawn - OH cleared off more scrub and the wormfest continues. The yachts are in the bay gracefully skimming the waves and...there is a cool breeze that would cut the toenails off a monkey. However, who couldn't be cheerful with the cherry blossom petals sailing in the wind like confetti, the lilac in bloom, the yellow of the furze and the operatic sound of the blackbird and robin, with the dunnock adding the chorus.

Good morning one and to get breakfast now. A duck egg and toast and Bewleys Irish Breakfast tea me-thinks, then a blog. Have a good one!

Westerwitch's Avatar Monkey toenail cutting breeze much kinder here - at best it would only lightly buff the monkey's toenails Very Happy

My favourite tree is budding and the grasses are growing Very Happy Always makes me happy.

As for builders - have you got the slatters there - now they are a breed apart completely.
