Cowart's Common Room
Coffee and pancakes

Good morning everyone! I've been up since 5am, so i thought i'd make some blueberry pancakes to share with you all. I hope i'm not stepping on anyones toes, i saw nobody was signed up for coffee this morning so stepped into the void. Uploaded Image

There's plain old Scottish blend tea in the pot, some rasperry and echinacea, and also ginger and lemon. Coffee is a strong roast, i forget the name as i had to put it in a jar to refrigerate. It's fairtrade though.

Any Purple vibes going spare today would be much appreciated, i have my first ever craft fair this morning!! Rather nervous to say the least!

Enjoy the pancakes, lovely breakfast for a sunny morning. Hope everyone has a lovely day!

Re:
Arosebyanyothername's Avatar Delicious pancakes. Will anyone think me greedy if I have two? And a cup of strong coffee please. We have just been shopping and stopped for one of those tichy cups of black coffee but now I would like a mug full.
Best of luck to anyone with a craft fair. We used to enjoy them when we did them aons ago but that was in their hey day.

Re:
"Where have all the pancakes gone?" asked the Bear, late as usual. It's my breakfast time.

Oh, never mind. I'll have my oatmeal porridge instead. If it was good enough for the Celt who was called Pelagius by the Latins, it's good enough for me.

Hope you're having a grand time at the craft fair, Sal.

Resewnsally's Avatar Thanks everyone! Weather was lovely and sunny, hall was quite chilly tho... It was a bit of a wash out to be honest. I made two sales, both to my sister! Embarassed She insisted. But i met lots of lovely people who all said it was the worst fair they'd been at. So there's hope for me yet! Laughing It hasn't put me off at all. I'm a bit jittery as i had no breakfast or lunch (nervous) then ate a lot of chocolate covered coffee beans! I'm full of energy! Blink
Thanks for all the well wishes and vibes. All appreciated. I have just enquired about a stall at a muscle car show! I'm on a roll! May get some more of those coffee beans too!

Re:
Dancing Dog's Avatar Some shows are great, some are not, it's all good experience. Hopefully next time you won't be so nervous.

I pretty sure we mentioned bringing foodLaughingLaughing At least after eating chocolate covered coffee beans you'll have had the energy to pack everything away at the end of the show.
