Cowart's Common Room
OWLS WELL?

"Owls Well" (contraction; as statement, short for "Owls are all well."; as question, short for "Are Owls all well?)*

Being somewhat after midnight, Bear is checking on Owl Perch. Bear calls up; no reply. Hmmmm. . . . Bear will not climb for fear of breaking branch, and wasting energy.

Bear trundles over to Skool to check on Max, Tiddles, and clock. Will be back later.

Note: Owl perch may be in jeopardy. Have heard the "purring" of Headmistress chain saw (if "purring" can be applied to such a beastly instrument). See "Question" in list of "Latest Blogs" in Common Room.

This Owl is well thank you Bear, which reminds me on Owls.... the owl and pussycat went to sea in a beautiful pea-green boat, they took some honey and plenty of money wrapped up in a five pound noteSmile what a great poet that Edward Lear was.
