Cowart's Common Room
Easy Quiz for fun

I invented a quiz for my daughter's baby shower yesterday - age range of the ladies there was 21 - 50's

No-one got full marks, and in fact I had thought it was really easy and was a bit shocked at the lack of knowledgeCrying or Very sad so I wondered if you would all like to have a go for fun!

No-one must come back with any answers - just keep your own and I will publish the answers tomorrow. NO looking it up on the internet!
NAME QUIZ - (first names only is fine)

Name a ONE word song title

Name the TWO twin lads who recently left the X Factor

Name the THREE Wise Men

Name the FOUR Beatles

Name the FIVE Girls Aloud girls

Name the SIX wives of Henry VIII

Name the SEVEN dwarves from Snow White film

Name our Queen's EIGHT grandchildren

Name NINE planets in our solar system (8 + 1 which has now been reclassifed as a dwarf planet)

Name the TEN commandments (simplify them to write them!)

(one point for each one you get right, so all correct would give you 55 points - the one who got the most points was my eldest daughter - the pregnant one - with 43/55)

By the way, the baby shower was really lovely. 9 of us all together and we had a scrumptious tea and played out little games in a little private room at a country house hotel. My daughter was showered with baby presents of course.

Re:
Pipany's Avatar Ooh, I did quite well at this. Most surprised! Love the sound of the baby shower Faith. Great to do it at a hotel too as there is no pressure on anyway to clear up!

Re:
Faith's Avatar I won't put the answers up til this evening in case anyone wants to while away a few moments having a go!

We did it at the hotel, Pip, as one of my daughter's friends is a member there (it's a spa/golf/country club) and so we didnt pay for the room, just the tea. The room was called The Study and it was very cosy. We also sat round a long oval table.
