Cowart's Common Room
Forgotten Films, Books, TV . . .

Firstly thank you for the emails and PM's . . . HS and I were busy preparing for a Craft Fair at the end of last week - then at the Craft Fair in Glasgow Saturday and Sunday, followed by clearing up from the Fair and now we are preparing for a big Fair in Edinburgh . . . so if I am quiet . . . it isn't you it's me Laughing

Back to today's question . . . is there a film, book, TV programme that has vanished in the mists of time, but was a favourite of yours ie Doomwatch with the then young and gorgeous Robert Powell.

Anyone remember another TV programme around the same time - three lead characters . . . one with super hearing, one amazing sight and one something else . . . what was it called anyone remember - the TV series . . . not the super power . .

AND does anyone remember the cartoon Rex the Runt . . . loved it . . . where did it go.

So what was your favourite Film, TV Book and if you can't remember what it was called describe it and see if we can guess.

Re:
Faith, do you mean White Horses? I loved that, and the theme song. Skippy the Bush Kangaroo! I'd love that as my ringtone. and Flipper was probably the dolphin.

Re:
Patsy's Avatar Did you mean The Champions WW? A favourite series of mine too when I was a little girl. I always thought that the actress Alexandra Bastedo was so beautiful. You probably know she runs an animal sanctuary in Sussex and writes a regular blog. Uploaded Image

Faith and Celtic Heart, I discovered that the White Horses theme tune is downloadable from the Horse and Hound site. Now where is my technogeek son to help me do that? Rolling Eyes
