Cowart's Common Room
Chocolate Fountain Ideas

Hi All,

Saturday is the birthday of my twinnie nieces - aged 9 and well 9! Just bought a chocolate fountain and this will be its inaugural launch.

Any good ideas for items to dip other than marshmallow, mini doughnuts & fudge as requested by the twinnies.

Salle de Bain's Avatar Can't add anything else to previous suggestions...but that sounds such fun. I have a 10 year old neice and nephew (twins) and I know they would just LOVE that idea.

Strawberries would be my favourite by the way!

Have a great party...yummyVery Happy

Faith's Avatar In addition to the above fruit, marshmallows etc - we also like sponge fingers!

hmmmm, hows about straws? Straight into all that bubbling, melting, dripping, fountaining chocolate? Very Happy

or, chunks of chocolate? Oh, yes, please! Or chunks of ice cream? Very Happy

CalicoKate's Avatar I am sitting here drooling!
What about home made popcorn (so that it can be plain and not sweetened or sugared)
The sponge fingers or fingers/squares of sponge but Faith already said that.
And apart from a serving spoon or better still the soup ladle I can't think of anything else!

Hey! I've just thought of a new game! Bobbing Apples! Idea

Quite simple really, just chuck all the fruit, fudge, donuts, etc. etc. into the chocolate and bob for it! Very Happy
